Education: At least Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Social science, Economics, Nutrition, Agriculture, International Relations, Planning, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation of Project/ Programme.
Experience : Five or more years of progressively responsible work experience in Planning, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation of Project/ Programme
Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in French and intermediate knowledge (level B) in english language.
This job is at WFP Benin Country Office (bohicon) and the job holders will report to a Programme Policy Officer or the designate.
At this level, job holders are responsible for the completion of a range of specialized and/or standardized processes and activities requiring some interpretation of standard guidelines and practices. Job holders are able to recommend a course of action to staff at various levels and may allocate tasks to other support staff. They work under minimum supervision, perform basic analyses and compile reports to support information consistency and smooth implementation of programmes/projects.
To perform specialized and/or standardized policy and programme-related processes and activities to support the effective delivery of assistance packages.
1. Effectuer des processus et des activités spécialisés et / ou normalisés dans le domaine technique spécifique de travail en soutenant l’alignement sur les politiques et directives plus larges du programme.
2. Assurer la gestion de projet et / ou un soutien administratif général conformément aux objectifs établis et aux politiques et procédures du PAM.
3. Assurer la bonne mise en œuvre des activités du programme par le personnel du partenaire d’exécution et assurer le bon fonctionnement des cantines scolaires dans la zone de responsabilité.
4. Contribuer au renforcement des capacités des membres des ONG, des médiateurs et des comités des cantines scolaires et planifier et organiser des visites de terrain.
5. Dans le domaine spécifique de responsabilité, compiler les données et soutenir l’analyse et la préparation des rapports (par exemple les besoins d’assistance alimentaire, l’utilisation des ressources, l’état du programme, la performance) afin d’appuyer la prise de décision opérationnelle.
6. Effectuer un enregistrement précis et opportun des données dans le domaine technique spécifique du travail en suivant les normes et directives de l’entreprise.
7. Travailler et échanger des informations avec les homologues internes pour soutenir une collaboration, une mise en œuvre et un suivi efficaces des activités de projet en cours.
8. Soutenir la communication et les activités avec les partenaires locaux, les agences, les ONG et les institutions gouvernementales.
9. Agir en tant que point de contact pour la résolution des questions opérationnelles générales demandant une assistance si nécessaire.
10. Assumer toute autre tâche requise par le superviseur.
