MSF Medical Academy Technical Coordinator
(Based in Juba)
JOB CONTEXT
The MSF Academy for Healthcare is a relatively young project that aims to professionalize training of healthcare workers in MSF projects. For this we apply adapted and innovative learning strategies, using competency-based learning in the clinical environment. An important component of the Academy’s work focuses on training of hospital nurses, targeting nursing staff in South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of Congo. In these countries, the aim of to train all staff of about 10 hospitals, that are run by MSF. The aim is to coordinate these trainings with the government, to achieve accreditation for all the trainings.
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The main objective of the position is to guarantee the technical and pedagogic quality of the trainings and to support the representation and promotion of the MSF medical academy in the country.
