Chemonics seeks a deputy technical director for the anticipated USAID Malaria Capacity Strengthening activity in Mozambique. The project aims to support the implementation of proven malaria interventions at community and facility levels, strengthen management capacity of the provincial and district Ministry of Health personnel to provide oversight and supervision of malaria interventions and improve health management information system, data reporting, analysis and use at the provincial and district levels. The deputy technical director is responsible for providing technical direction and leadership to this activity. This person will assist the chief of party, technical director, and project team in the development of technical strategies and work plans.
