ACDI/VOCA is promptly seeking a Chief of Party for the Resilience Learning Activity funded by USAID under Kenya Leader with Associate Awards agreement. The Activity will build capacity of indigenous institutions to enable growth and well-being outcomes to be sustained in the face of shocks and stresses common to the drylands of the Horn of Africa. This will be achieved through rigorous capacity analyses of local organizations, facilitated learning for adaptive management and improved knowledge management and strategic communications. This 5-year activity will span across Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Uganda and Somalia and will start in September 2019.
The Chief of Party will oversee all technical, administrative and financial functions of award implementation. The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
